Changes from v 1.0.38

   * Bug: now MCC correctly import file with only 0x0A terminated lines.
   * New: Compress.cfg is now managed from MCC. Beware it is saved as
          a separated file, so save it from the compress page.
   * New: Added a minimal file area manager. You can delete, add, abandon,
          change description or update comments in the file area.
   * New: Minor changes: some check, outlines are expanded on start.
